Steve and I bought our first rv. It's not new, but in my opinion, it is nice. It has everything we need. Plus I am sure, a lot that we don't. I could list many different reasons why we bought an rv. Nothing that is exciting or grand though.
We got the travel bug. A couple of years ago we borrowed and ancient Winnebago rv. Only nineteen feet long. It ran on regular fuel, we had to add lead (ugh), and it leaked in inconvenient places. Still we had a great time and decided we wanted to do this more.
Now the sorta good-bad news. Depending on your point of view. The plant we both have worked at for almost twenty years, closed. Not a good thing, but not a bad thing either. Actually in the scheme of things, a great big kick in the ass. That, too, is ok.
So we decided to pay all our bills, go to school, and use any extra funds for the "RV". that is exactly what we did.
I'll keep up to date on how this works out, cause you never know. Hoping it will be great, but we'll see.
