HAPPY THANKSGIVING

It seems to me we take a lot of the truly wonderful things we have for granted. So I have given a lot of thought to what I am truly grateful for.
First, I have a wonderful husband who loves me in spite of myself. He would follow me into Hell, carrying a fire exringuisher.
Second, I have seven adult children who have gone on with their lives and made me proud.
Third, I have nineteen (19) grandchildren. At this time they are all healthy and I think fairly happy.
Fourth, I have two great grandchildren and one on the way.
Fifth, and the universe invented blogging. A way for me to get some of my scribbling out there in the ether.
Sixth, I feel pretty good. No depression, not a lot of pain. A warm fuzzy feeling. (Nope! Haven't got to the wine yet.)
Seventh, the weather is great. A touch of cool. Very nice. Blue skies that go on forever. This is South Dakota, normally if it looks good, I start looking for the change. Today though, I'm just going to enjoy.
